Shipping Policy
It usually take 2 weeks for the products to be produced counting from the day when we receive the breastmilk from customers. We provide free shipping in Hong Kong, and United Kingdom. For Hong Kong and United Kingdom the package will arrive 2-4 business days. For more information please email us to info@jewcellsjewellery.com
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns and exchanges for Breastmilk Jewellery unless the item is defective or faulty. Customer must submit written notification to info@jewcellsjewllery.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

You will then receive an email containing confirmation that your request has been authorised, and the address where the item should be returned to.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a store credit.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange is complete.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
